NEW INTERIOR 2007,NEW WATER HEATER 2009, BOTTOM PAINT 2009, ZINCS & IMPELLERS REPLACED 2010.  Owners Stateroom is forward and includes a large double berth (new mattress covered with Sunbrella fabric, custom bedspread, sheets and pillows, 2007) with mirrored hanging lockers. There is ample drawer storage along with a small vanity. The guest sleeping area is aft and has a U-Shaped Settee that converts to a double berth. There is a U-Shaped Dinette opposite the galley. "UnTied" is fully carpeted (replaced 2007). There are no bulkheads below. The sleeping areas have curtains that provide separation.
The Galley is down and to Port with the dinette opposite on the starboard side. There ample storage for cruising. Refrigerator/Freezer; Goldstar Microwave; Kenyon 2 Burner Stove (Flush Mount); Large Single Sink. There is CENTRAL VAC & Recent Canvas.
